Floating Support
This project is run in partnership with Swansea Housing Association. SYSHP provides support to 24 young people aged between 16 and 25. Young people have their own tenancies with the housing association.

Tenancy Support
This project is run in partnership with the City and County of Swansea's Tenancy Support Unit. SYSHP provides support to 41 young people aged between 16 and 25, 12 on an intensive scheme and 32 on a generic scheme. Young people have their own tenancies with the local authority.

What is support?
Each scheme provides flexible support packages to young people. Each young person will be allocated a Worker. An Individual Support Plan will be devised, tailored to the young person's needs.

The Individual Support Plan will set goals and targets to be achieved and will cover the skills necessary to live independently. The Plan will be reviewed quarterly.

Young people will also be encouraged to take part in SYSHP's better opportunities programme.
