SYSHP aims to deal with the recruitment and selection process in an effective, efficient and fair way, to comply with all legal and procedural obligations and to regularly re-assess its staffing levels to ensure it delivers support to young people.

Flexible Working
SYSHP will, if appropriate, offer employment on a part-time or job share basis. It will also consider requests from existing employees wishing to transfer from full-time to part-time work or vice versa.
