Hanover Street is a temporary accommodation project within walking distance of the city centre providing 4 self contained furnished flats for young people aged between 16 and 21. There is a staff office and young people's training room on site and 24 hour staff on call is provided.

Dispersed is a temporary accommodation project providing 8 self contained furnished flats or bed-sits for young people aged between 16 and 21. The accommodation is within walking distance of the city centre and the Hanover Street project. 24 hour staff on call is provided.

What do we do?
Each scheme provides accommodation and flexible support packages to young people. Each young person will be allocated a Worker. An Individual Support Plan will be devised, tailored to the young person's needs.

The Individual Support Plan will set goals and targets to be achieved and will cover the skills necessary to live independently. The plan will be regularly reviewed.

Young people will also be encouraged to take part in SYSHP's better opportunities programme.
